New Patient Exam
First things first, we need to make sure we can help you. Sometimes chiropractic care may not be enough to help your symptoms. This is why we do a thorough examination prior to adjusting you to make sure that chiropractic care is the best match.
At the beginning of your exam, the doctor will review your paperwork with you and get any additional necessary information. This will include your general health, medical history, and your current symptoms.
After this, we will conduct a postural exam which will show us your typical posture and how that can be putting unnecessary stress on your spine. Then, we will do a subluxation scan which will show any subluxations you are currently experiencing.
Finally, if necessary, we will take X-rays to check your spinal curve. If the curves of your spine are not as they should be, this can have a great negative effect on your health and can promote neck and back pain.
How Much Will This Cost?
The cost of a new patient exam and subsequent visits is extremely dependent on your insurance benefits. If you have any questions regarding your insurance's chiropractic benefits, please contact them via the Member Services phone number on the back of your insurance card. We are also able to look up the information for you at your first visit or over the phone.
